"Hi, I'm Peggy Ford, the CEO/Founder of Mother of Pearl Home Care LLC. With more than 40 years of experience working in the industry, I know intimately the struggles families encounter as they work to provide quality home care for their loved ones. Too often families suffer because of staff turnover and inconsistent, impersonal care.

My team is committed to building strong, ongoing relationships with our clients and their families. Our focus is on high quality, compassionate care. We love our clients, and they know they can depend on our team to provide high-quality care that is also personal. Our clients' families also benefit from our services, being able to rest better and stress less knowing that their loved one is in the best of hands.
